Deals for my parents

There are really a lot of wild blue deals for our area. I did not realize how many there are. I have always seen things about their Internet services and the different deals they offer, but I do not think I ever grasped their total service package. I actually sent my dad some information about it. We always had trouble with the Internet at our house when I was still living there. Now, it does not really bother me since I only use it when I am home for a holiday or just to visit. I think my parents would appreciate an improved service and better price though. Most people would enjoy it really. I just thought of my parents because I know we always fought about the Internet. It drove me insane when I lived there. I am sure it was not the only thing there that I was not a fan of. It seemed like my parents were always more interested in paying nothing for something that was not worth the investment. I always told them it made more sense to invest a bit and get a better service or product. At least with this provider, I won’t have to worry about my parents refusing a good service for a good price. It is really the best of both worlds.

I had been considering buying a house for the longest time but I wasn’t sure if it made sense for me. A mortgage was definitely going to cost more than my rent and at the end of the day what was I going to do with all that extra space? I finally bit the bullet at the end of last year and let me tell you, I’ve never been happier. I don’t have to worry aboutroommates in my space or asking permission to paint a wall or anything like that which is just such a load off. I got HughesNet so I could online shop and I even installed DirecTV which has been really nice to watch all my games on but you know, at the end of the day all I really like to do is just sit on my couch and stare at MY walls and think about how they’re paid for. Is that a weird thing to do? I Don’t know that I care if it is!

Gearing up for Mary Poppins and my New York trip

One of my favorite places in the world to visit is New York City. I've been about five our six times now and every time that I've gone I got hte idea to go on a trip because of a special Broadway play that's coming out that I want to see. This time around it's Mary Poppins. I remember the first time that I watched the movie, I was so excited about it and asked my mom why I didn't have a nanny. But my mom was a stay-at-home mom so that was a pretty easy explanation. Now that I'm going to see the play, I'm going to take my mom with me as a special treat for her birthday.

While I was looking online to see about ordering some discount tickets for the play, I ran across some information about a free hearing test and told my mom about it. She signed up for a test in a few weeks. I think if she gets fitted with some hearing aids she'll enjoy the play and our trip more.

I really can't wait to see the Mary Poppins play, but I think that I'm going to also see a few other plays while we're in town.
